This session is for anyone who needs a little more variety in their massage session. Starting with Swedish to warm up your muscles, then flowing into a modality aimed specifically at what you need. Next is Connective Tissue Therapy to release myofacial restrictions. Then Neuromuscular Therapy to balance your central nervous system. Your session will be formulated with as many modalities as your body needs.

Deep Tissue Massage is great for clients with chronic pain, muscle fatigue and problematic areas. The Deep Tissue technique focuses on the deeper tissue of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. The pressure, unlike the Integrated Massage is more intense.

The AgeLess Couples Massage allows two people to receive 90 minute massages at the same time in our beautiful Event Room each by their own Licensed Massage Therapist. Great for husbands and wives, girlfriends and boyfriends, same-sex partners, moms and daughters or even best friends.

Enjoy all the benefits of massage with twice the therapists. A 60 minute full body massage with two LMT's (four hands) working together to ensure that you float away to total body bliss.

Pregnancy Massage or prenatal massage is specifically tailored for the expectant mother's needs. The mother's body is properly positioned and supported during the massage, using pillows and padding to ensure comfort and safety for the mother and baby. Pregnancy massage reduces stress, decreases swelling in the arms and legs, and relieves aches and pains. Massage is comforting and can provide emotional support during pregnancy.

Treat yourself to a relaxing massage that uses heated real seashells from the Philippines. The shells are heated from the inside out to create a powerful heated massage tool, giving you the same heat as a full hot stone massage. Calcium from the natural shells helps to regulate the skins natural renewal process and can help give you firmer, healthier looking skin, while also reaping the benefits of a heated massage treatment.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. If your life force energy is low you tend to feel stress and are more likely to get sick. Reiki can help to raise ones life force energy, making you happy and healthy. This technique treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating a total healing. Many people that have had the opportunity to experience Reiki have reported miraculous healings. Reiki is also known to work well in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and aid in recovery. Reiki sessions are 90 minutes.
